Mr. Worthley attended undergraduate school at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in English Literature. While at the University of Oregon, he became a member of the Phi Gamma Mu National Honor Society. Mr. Worthley attended law school at Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. While attending Vermont Law School, he worked as a legal intern at the Vermont Attorney General's Office. Mr. Worthley also spent one semester at the South Royalton Legal clinic where he represented low income and indigent clients in landlord / tenant, bankruptcy, unemployment compensation, and Social Security disability cases. Mr. Worthley was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1991 and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon in 1992. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, the Oregon Association of Social Security Claimants Representatives, and the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. Mr. Worthley currently is practicing in the areas of family and divorce law, social security disability and personal injury, in the Portland, Oregon area. As a family law and divorce attorney practicing in Portland, Oregon, he is also currently of counsel at the law office of Daniel. C. Lorenz.
